Eric Deng specializes in the restaurant industry and oversees the New Eagle Restaurant Group.
Eric's career in the restaurant industry started in 1995, where he first started as a restaurant support staff. Quickly but steadily, Eric acquired a unique skill set as he rose to become a restaurant manager. Over time, he came to understand the complex inner workings of restaurants, and in 2011, used this knowledge to open his first restaurant. Following this success in restaurant ownership and management, he has since opened several more restaurants, including Kama Sushi, Kama Sushi SOMA, Kama O Deli, Dash Japanese Tapas and Sushi, and V16 Sushi Lounge.
With these years of experience, Eric has developed an expertise the step-by-step process of establishing a restaurant from concept to full operation. His friendly nature combined with his multilingual skills in Cantonese and Mandarin makes him well-equipped to assist clients in buying, selling, and proposing solutions for their problems.
Eric’s professional expansion into the real estate industry is the next step in his approach to helping other aspiring restaurant owners achieve their goals. His dream is to create an expanding network and community within the restaurant industry throughout the Bay Area.
